You guys, it’s officially the month of August tomorrow! Which means summer is winding down and we’re all trying to soak up every last bit of fun while we can. To help make your days a little bit easier, I’ve put together a list of favorite products from this month for me, my 1-year-old, and my 3-year-old. I’ve got you covered. So read on and happy summering!
Mama
There’s a lot of vacuum cleaners on the market these days. It’s hard to know which one is the right fit for your home. If you’re a mom, you want the vacuum that can handle ALL the daily messes and is a breeze to use. That’s why the Miele C3 canister vacuum is the best vacuum on the market. I call it my best friend . It’s the perfect combination of powerful and easy-to-use and can clean up cheerios, kinetic sand, PlayDoh, dog hair… I could go on and on.
(In universally flattering color: Berry Boost!) I’m a huge fan of makeup that’s easy to use and foolproof. I need a lot of bang for the 5-minutes I dedicate to makeup (on a good day). N°1 De Chanel Lip and Cheek Balm in Berry Boost is *chef’s kiss. The nourishing, buttery formula melts into skin while adding a touch of color. Lips appear vibrant and plump and cheeks have a lovely flush of color. Easy peasy! (PSST: It also comes exquisitely packaged and makes a lovely gift. )
We’ve had this umbrella on our patio table for three years and it still looks brand new. It’s adorable and really levels up our outdoor space. The whole family needs shade, but this umbrella provides more than just functional shade. It’s a style statement. It makes our patio feel put together and intentional. Even on the sweltering hot days, when we’re all sweaty and sticky, this umbrella makes us feel like we’re lounging in a luxury resort. It’s our little piece of paradise.

I love Walker Family Goods for a lot of reasons. They’re high quality, well thought out, and they look great. I especially love their duffels. I have the Valley duffle and my kids each have the States. We love keeping track of everything by having our own colors. The Valley duffle is the perfect size for a weekend getaway, and the States duffles are great for the kids gear. Love this brand, love their products! I’m a loyal customer for life!

If you’re anything like me, your glasses are always smudged (hello tiny fingers always grabbing at them…). And at the same time, wearing glasses and a mask is so difficult. Meet my new favorite product that kills two birds with one stone: anti-fog glasses wipes . They are a game changer (and they actually work!).
3-Year-Old
We are definitely a Crocs family . In this toddler phase of “I can do it myself”, it’s best for my sanity to choose only options that are easy on/easy off. And Crocs definitely hit the mark. They just work for this age. My kids can easily get them on and off by themselves, and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day. Plus, they come in so many fun colors and styles that my kids love. And Jibitz – don’t forget Jibitz ! They’ll make your life so much easier!
As good as the Lovevery Playkits are for babies, they’re even better for toddlers. The playkits are always packed with high-quality, educational toys that my toddler loves. And I love that the toys are always age-appropriate – it’s like they know exactly what she needs at each stage. Not to mention, the kits have saved me so much time and hassle. I used to spend hours online researching toys, but now I can just sit back and relax knowing that Lovevery has everything covered.
We’re all about the snack life in our house and that’s why I love the Gobe Snack Spinner . It’s fun for my daughter to use and is great for travel, for the car, or for a picnic. Simply put your favorite snacks in the compartments and let them push the button to choose what they want to eat. The best part is that it’s also dishwasher safe so you can easily clean it after a long day of snacking.

We’re so happy with our daughter’s first bike by Guardian . It’s the safest option (my top priority) and easy for her to maneuver – plus it’s adorable. We aren’t quite out of training wheels but it won’t be long. We’ve been thrilled with this bike and will definitely be staying with Guardian as the kids grow! Our daughter loves it and we can’t wait to see her ride it without the training wheels.
1-Year-Old
My son loves his Retrospec balance bike (and how cut is it?!). He rides it every. single. day. Inside the house, outside the house, he always wants to get on his balance bike and ride. Whenever we have other kids over, no matter the age, they all love this thing too! Even the ones who are way too big for it love riding it around. I can see the progress our son is making riding it, he’s becoming more confident and coordinated and I think he’ll be ready for a 2-wheel balance bike soon. In the meantime, we just love this thing.
If you have ever seen a baby in a swing, you know the pure joy that they experience while flying back and forth through the air. My son is no exception – give him a push in his Little Tikes Baby Swing and he will happily swing away for hours (if I let him). There is no denying that swinging is one of my son’s favorite activities. And I have to admit, it’s pretty fun for me too! Listening to his little “weee!” and hearing his giggle never gets old.
The Step2 Whisper Ride Cruiser Push Car is a PERFECT for this age. My son loves it and happily sits in the car while we push him up and down the sidewalk. I love the cup holder for me and he loves the horn he can honk to his heart’s content. The car also has a storage compartment under the seat, which is perfect for snacks or toys. A huge hit!
I can’t with these. My son lives in a swimsuit all summer and this one hits all the marks. Adorable, high quality, comfortable, and, bonus – when he matches his dad my heart explodes. The s wimsuits from Tom & Teddy are the perfect mix of style and functionality and I can’t recommend them enough. The fabric is quick drying and UPF 50+ so I don’t have to worry about him getting sunburned, and the prints are just too cute. Trust me, it’s worth it for the pictures alone. So grab a swimsuit (or two) for your kiddo from Tom & Teddy and enjoy some fun in the sun!
