Top 5 favorite things for the month of May:

Mama, 3-year-old, and 1-year-old

I only share favorite things once a month and they are always things we are genuinely obsessed with. Never sponsored, not ads, just things we use, love, and want to share. I may earn a small commission from some of the Amazon Affiliate links (and thank you for supporting this mama!). So here they are, our Top 5 Must Haves Products of May:

MAMA FAVORITE THINGS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

  • Hatch Restore – Sleep – that most elusive dream of motherhood. When I lay down to sleep, I’m doing EVERYTHING I can to get some quality rest, and this Hatch Restore is a game-changer. Both my kids have a Hatch Rest+ and I just absolutely fell in love with them, so I had to get one for myself. The white noise has magical properties, I swear.

  • Youth to the People Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Mask – This stuff really is a dream. So hydrating and lovely, I wake up with glowing skin that is never greasy.

  • Natural Vitality Calm Gummies – Um… am I obsessed with getting to sleep? (Well, I am a mom so, yeah). My OBGYN first recommended these to me when I was having horrible migraines during pregnancy and they are the only thing that helped. Since then my husband and I both make them part of our nightly routines. Sleep comes easier and lasts longer with these little wonders. (PS – it also comes in a powdered drink mix, we have used and loved both versions.)

  • La Colombe Oatmilk Draft Latte – Let’s switch gears from sleep to… waking up from sleep. This is delicious and such a treat!

  • Lumify eye drops – This is a daily MUST for me. No matter how little I sleep, how red my eyes are, this stuff removes all evidence. Like, almost halloween-level eye whiteness. It’s a miracle. Sleepless moms, allergy sufferers – no one has to know.

3 YEAR OLD FAVORITE THINGS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

  • Melissa & Doug Stencils – my daughter plays with these (quietly by herself) every single day. Maybe I should add them to my favorite things, too?

  • Bluey – if your kid isn’t watching Bluey yet… get on it. It’s on Disney+ and is the only kids show I will sit and watch with her. It’s a joy, it really is.

  • Ben Clanton’s Narwhal and Jelly books – Graphic novels for kids, these are adorable and funny and we love reading them together before bed.

  • Peter Rabbit Organics Banana, Mango & Orange Pouches – Say what you will about pouches… I’m a fan. And although my 3-year-old is pretty much over them, this is the only one she’ll eat. We buy out our local stores she loves them so much. (And yes, we also subscribe & save on Amazon).

  • The Nugget – Ohhhhh nugget, how we love you. We have 2 in our living room, and yes, they’re obtrusive, but also… I want a third. My kids are OBSESSED. They climb and jump and build daily, I’m not kidding… daily… and we’ve had them for 2 years. We’ve tried other (cheaper) versions and they are just not the same. Every home needs a nugget – watch a kid play on it for 10 minutes and you’ll agree.

1-YEAR-OLD

1 YEAR OLD MAY FAVORITE THINGS

  • Bitty Brah Hat – The only hat that will stay on his had and omg is it adorable.

  • Bamba Peanut Butter Puffs – These were recommended by our pediatric allergist to get him exposed to peanut butter and boy did they do the trick. He would eat them all day if he could.

  • Peekaboo Sun books – he was never much of a reader until we tried out these books. They are so great – and much sturdier than lift-the-flap books so we don’t accidentally rip them.

  • Baby Crocs – I mean, c’mon. So cute. They stay on his feet, they’re easy to put on, and we love to decorate them with jibitz.

  • The Nugget – Yes, its on my list twice. Because BOTH of my kids are obsessed with it. You can’t understand it until you see it in action.
